Return and Refund Policy

Our top priority is ensuring that you are completely pleased with your purchase. We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. However, if you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, the following conditions must be met before the issue can be resolved in a manner that is mutually agreed upon. We make every effort to keep you from ever needing to use this policy.


Requirements for Return:


If the user receives products that are defective, broken, or significantly different from what they ordered, they must submit a return request within 48 hours.


Any accessories, freebies, essentials-designated original packaging, price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manuals, warranty cards, and invoices should all be returned with their original packaging intact. If the product is returned without the items necessary, it will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you.


The returned items should be properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.


At the email address or mobile number you provided, you will receive an email or SMS confirming our receipt of the returned item and the outcome of the quality check. We will completely reimburse you assuming the returned merchandise has an imperfection or other harm that can be checked.


At DaisyFashions, the refund process takes 5-7 days.


The refund will always be processed using the same payment method that you used to make your purchase.


Cancellation


You or we can cancel an order in the manner outlined in this document.


An order can be canceled at our discretion. Among the reasons for cancellation are, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Invalid or incorrect address provided by the user in order details

  • Malpractices used to place the order 

  • Bulk order is placed for the likely commercial resale 

  • Multiple orders are placed for the same product at the same address

  • Order is undelivered after three (3) attempts 

  • EMI offer, if any, is rejected by the bank 

  • Pricing or specifications on any product as shown on the Website due to any technical glitch, resulting in incorrect pricing or specifications



We reserve the right, without incurring any additional costs, to reject or cancel any order for any reason, regardless of what is stated in this agreement. You will be notified via email or text message at the mobile phone number or email address you provided us with upon such cancellation.
