What happens if a part of my parcel is missing?

Although all of our packages are examined before they leave our warehouse, occasionally, an item may be missing from your package. Please contact our customer support staff using the contact form if an item is missing. We look into each situation individually in order to figure out what happened and get the missing item to you.



Is it possible to cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once you have received your shipping confirmation from us. Instead, you must send the items back to us. Please get in touch with our customer service team via our contact form if you haven't received your dispatch confirmation so they can help you cancel your order. Yet another item! It may take up to 7 working days for the payment to appear in your bank account and return to your available balance. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation to let you know it has been done.



What are the advantages of having a Daisy Fashions account?

If you create an account, our system will save your information, making placing an order faster and quicker in the future. We won't keep a record of any of your credit card or debit information for your security. Also, you have the choice to sign up for emails and text messages so that you can be the first to learn about awesome new products and promotions that are available on the website!



How may I edit my username and password?

Under the Manage Account section of the website, click on Change Details to modify any of your personal information, including name and address. Once an order has been placed and sent, it is not possible to change the name or address.



How often does Daisyfashions restock the products?

Every single time! Every day, the designs you adore arrive in our warehouse. We make things ready for you to shop as soon as we can on-site! Look at coming soon; these are styles that will be available soon. By signing up, you will be the first to learn when the stock is available on the website, enabling you to get your hands on the styles you desire as soon as possible.



When can I expect my refund?

As soon as your package has arrived at our distribution center with the returned items, we will process your reimbursement. Once we've processed your return, we'll send you an email, and it will take 3-5 working days for the money to show up in your account. The original payment method you used to make your purchase will be used for all refunds.



Would I get a refund if the courier loses my parcel?

We will use every effort to deliver the package to you again! We handle each situation individually, and we will contact the courier to see if we can find your package. A replacement will be sent to you right away if we are unable to locate your original package.
